Night Day 7- Lindbergh State Park

We are official one week into this amazing trip. Tonight will be the 7th night in a tent! After leaving Crow Wing State Park around 2 pm today, we headed 30 miles South to Lindbergh State Park right outside Little Falls, Minnesota. The ride today was very nice and short. We took highway 371 South for about 14 miles, then weaved our way on country roads around Fort Ripley, MN into Little Falls. After a short ride around town we were able to grab some groceries at the local Coborns grocery store.

Elliot and I were able to get some great pictures from the days ride, including a spectacular photo at the foot of the falls, which Little Falls is name after. The night is calm with a slight breeze, but we are told thunderstorms will be rolling into the area come morning. We are hopeful to ride into St. Cloud tomorrow and crash by some friends for a day, but tonight we are enjoying our last night in a Minnesota State Park. If you have never camped out in one of these beautiful parks, you are truly missing out!
