Morning of day 1

Took a little longer then expected to pack up this morning. We woke to a chilly 27 degree morning but the day is warming up. We have already had some minor setbacks with gear falling off and a broken seat bolt but our spirits are still high! Nothing but the open road and the smell of pine trees for the next 60 miles!
